These Terms of Use govern access to nightworks.ai (the "Site"), operated by DDJ AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Nightworks. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Last reviewed: 4 September 2026.
Paid work is governed by a separate signed master agreement and statement of work, not by these Terms.
1. The Site
The Site publishes information about Nightworks AI's operating model and how to start a conversation. It is not a customer portal, not a workflow-submission system, and not an offer of production operation.
Email and Google Calendar are general conversation channels only; delivery or booking does not create a case, engagement, service agreement, or action authority.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades service, submit malware, or use it to send us credentials, confidential records, or regulated data.
3. No professional advice from the Site
Content on the Site is for general information. It is not legal, audit, attest, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a commitment to accept work.
4. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by DDJ AI LLC or its licensors. You may not copy it for a competing product or republish it as your own. You may link to public pages.
5. Third-party services
The booking control opens Google Calendar in a new tab. It is not an embedded iframe. Google's terms and privacy policy govern that page. The Site may also link to other third-party pages. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is." Nightworks AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not publish an SLA for the Site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDJ AI LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for claims arising from the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Paid engagements have their own liability terms.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site and conversation channels.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new Terms.
