Accessibility

Accessibility statement

Nightworks AI is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice of semantic structure, keyboard access, contrast, and testing. It is not a badge or one-time certification.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure and skip-to-content navigation
  • Visible keyboard focus and keyboard-operable site controls
  • Support for reduced motion, reduced transparency, and increased contrast preferences
  • Self-hosted accessibility preferences for text, contrast, motion, and related options
  • Automated accessibility checks during development, supplemented by visual review

Conformance status

We aim to align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidance where practical. This site does not claim full conformance with WCAG, ADA, Section 508, or any other standard. Preferences and automated tests can help visitors and authors, but do not create compliance by themselves.

Known limitations and boundaries

  • Third-party environments, including email clients, calendar interfaces, and linked social platforms, are outside this site’s control.
  • Automated checks identify many issues but cannot reproduce every assistive-technology experience.
  • This public site does not accept workflow submissions. Email and calendar booking are for correspondence and conversation only; delivery or booking does not create an accepted workflow, case, engagement, service agreement, or system authority.

Feedback and contact

Accessibility feedback may be emailed to hello@nightworks.ai for general correspondence. If possible, include the affected page, expected behavior, browser, and assistive technology.

You can also open to adjust text size, contrast, motion, and related options. Your choices can persist in this browser so they can be reapplied on later visits. The widget uses local storage when available; if unavailable, it may use a first-party cookie that lasts up to 365 days.

Technical notes

This statement covers the public Nightworks AI static site. Preferences are provided by a self-hosted, MIT-licensed AccessibleWeb Widget copy, loaded when preferences are opened or when a saved preference needs to be reapplied. Last reviewed: 22 July 2026.
