This Privacy Policy explains how DDJ AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Nightworks ("Nightworks," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use nightworks.ai (the "Site") and when you contact us. Last reviewed: 4 September 2026.

It covers the public Site and general correspondence. Customer records provided under a signed agreement are also governed by that agreement and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. If there is a conflict on customer-engagement records, the DPA controls.

2. Information we collect

You provide email address and message text when submitting the contact form, plus name, company, role, or scheduling preferences when you email us or book a conversation, along with any other information you choose to include.

Do not send credentials, confidential records, regulated data, or workflow extracts through the public Site, contact form, email, or the booking form. Those belong in an engagement workspace after an agreement and, where required, an NDA.

Collected automatically: standard technical request data when you load the Site (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps), processed by our host. Accessibility-widget preferences stored in this browser so the Site remains usable on later visits.

We do not operate a public account system. There is no portal login on this Site.

3. Processors

We use these providers to operate the Site and to receive conversation. They process personal information only as needed for the listed purpose.

  • Resend, Inc. Email dispatch relay for delivering contact form submissions to hello@nightworks.ai.
  • Google LLC (Google Workspace). Email to and from hello@nightworks.ai and related Nightworks AI mailboxes; documents if you later become a customer.
  • Google LLC (Google Calendar appointment schedules). The booking control on the contact page is an outbound link that opens Google Calendar in a new tab. It is not an embedded widget or iframe. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms govern that booking page. Google's and your account settings may retain booking details.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. Hosting and delivery of nightworks.ai, including standard request logs and Cloudflare Web Analytics (beacon.min.js / static.cloudflareinsights.com), which collects page performance timing metrics. Email addresses on this site are published as written; no obfuscation or rewriting is applied at the edge. Responses include Cloudflare Network Error Logging with success_fraction 0.0 (no sampling of successful requests).

We do not use Google Analytics, Plausible, or advertising pixels on this Site. Cloudflare Web Analytics and Resend are listed above. If we add a processor that handles your personal information, we will update this page.

4. Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. The accessibility widget stores preferences in this browser under the localStorage key accweb. If localStorage is unavailable, it may set a first-party cookie named accweb that lasts up to 365 days. These are strictly essential for remembering accessibility choices. The Site remains usable if you block non-essential cookies; we do not set those.

5. How we use information

  • To respond to general correspondence and to hold a conversation you requested.
  • To schedule a time you booked.
  • To operate and secure the Site.
  • To perform a paid engagement if we later accept one in writing.

Email and Google Calendar are general conversation channels only; delivery or booking does not create a case, engagement, service agreement, or action authority.

6. How long we keep it

Conversation records are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a professional record of what was said, then deleted when no longer needed, unless law requires longer. Booking records also follow Google's retention of the appointment schedule. If we accept a case, retention of engagement records is stated in the DPA for that engagement.

7. Sharing

We share information with the processors above, with professional advisors under confidentiality, and if required by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Your choices

You may email hello@nightworks.ai to ask what conversation records we hold about you, to correct them, or to ask us to delete them, subject to legal retention. This address is not a security-incident hotline and is not case intake. If you book via Google Calendar, use Google's own account tools for data Google holds on that booking page.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States through the processors listed above.

11. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the last-reviewed date. Material changes to processors will be reflected here.
