Use the Log in button at the top of this page. Sign in with the work identity that is already enrolled. The public address grants nothing by itself.

If sign-in succeeds and the workspace still refuses you, stop and ask. Do not try another account.

Where your work is

The left menu starts with two items.

• Needs you is decisions and work assigned to you. Each row is one condition. A human decision is not presented as execution.
• What you have is what work is being done, by whom, and how it is going.

Below them, you can find Sources, Roles, Modules, and Night Auditor.

What a held item shows

Open a row on Needs you. The card follows seven stages: Signal, Evidence, Decision, Authority, Action, Readback, Outcome. Approve lives only in Authority, after the recorded signal, evidence, and proposal. Action, Readback, and Outcome stay explicit gaps until there is evidence for each one.

Evidence on the card has three resolutions:

• Resolved · summary shows the summary and, when present, who verified it.
• Resolved · redacted is resolved evidence with redacted content.
• Unresolvable is a refusal. The reason stays in words. Nothing is filled in.

If the preview did not answer, the chip reads Unavailable. Nothing can be approved from a summary. You cannot decide until the preview is available.

How you decide

The two decisions the card can record are Approve and Decline. Decline requires a reason, which becomes part of the record. If the card asks for a confirmation token, type that exact token to approve. Closing the card without submitting a decision changes nothing.

Your decision is recorded. Approving does not itself run the action. Nothing here moves money, files a return, or contacts a customer.

Where the record lives

After a human decision is recorded, the card says "Human decision recorded." and keeps the decision receipt identifier under Show the record. The chain reference is shown when the receipt carries one.

Needs you also lists Recorded receipts. Each row names the receipt, the actor, the time, the result, and whether the ledger chain verified. Open receipt archive reaches the full list. If the archive did not answer, the page says: The receipt archive did not answer. Receipt records are unavailable, not empty.

What a receipt means

A receipt is the stored record of a decision or action: who acted, when, the result (shown, approved, declined, executed, failed, needs_verification, refused, escalated, or blocked), and whether the ledger chain verified. It is not a savings figure. It is not proof that money moved. It is the identifier you can hand to someone who has to reconstruct what happened.
